Hi Records was a Memphis based r&b, soul and rockabilly label founded by singer Ray Harris, 
record store owner Joe Cuoghi, Bill Cantrell, and Quinton Claunch in 1957.
In 1977, the Hi label was sold to Alvin Bennett's Cream Records. Bennett was one of Liberty's founders.
